We have thought of every detail of this house’s 58 m2 comfortable space: a bed with a comfortable king-size mattress (180 * 220 cm), bathroom and kitchen with all necessary utensils from cutlery and pots to blender and juicer, so if you prefer to cook something quickly rather than the take-away food, everything is ready. Within walking distance you can find a Mercadona supermarket, a fish market where every morning you can buy fresh catches of fish and seafood for your table, dozens of excellent restaurants (by the way, one of them, claiming a Michelin star, is just 50 meters away from the house, ask us for the tips), main tourist street in the south of the island, Golden Mile, with dozens of fashion brand stores, and also a concert hall, a promenade, sports and children's playgrounds, parks, banks, pharmacies, and much, much more, that we will tell you with great pleasure at check-in!

This apartment will be a good fit if you:

• work remotely (we have high-speed unlimited internet access)
• travel with children (the complex has spacious elevators, it’s easy to move with a stroller + we have absolutely everything for children from cribs to a set of toys)
• travel with a group (there are enough Canary sunsets on the terrace for everybody)
• travel alone (enjoy a comfortable bed and all the perks of the apartment without having to share it with anyone)
• travel with a pet (we love pets, and we have a bed and bowls for them)

This apartment will NOT be a good fit if you:

• are planning a party (unfortunately, they are forbidden here)
• want to smoke in bed (smoking is only allowed on the terrace)
• travel with more than 4 people (there are only 4 beds in this apartment)
• don't like order (yes, cleanliness and respect for our home is a prerequisite for your stay)
