Our story began back in 2011 with our first tourist apartments, which we took under our management after a purchase and sale transaction, major renovations, and interior design. There were two of us in this family business, and we handled all the complicated processes of tourist rentals ourselves, from maintenance to the promotion and guest arrival. We grew and developed quickly, selling, renovating, decorating, and launching the rentals. And so it went on from there. We found like-minded people, expanded the team and scaled up, delegated, made mistakes, rose again, and moved forward. This was the case until March 2020, when all the well-known events turned the whole world upside down, and us, the tourism sector, in the first place.
