And all that because both apartments were prepared and renovated in the same time, I designed the interior being in the same mood. And, obviously, this mood was summery, bright, and joyful, as the color scheme consists of quite lush tones. As in the previous apartment, a lot of effort and energy was also invested here: during the day we went to buy furniture and supervised the construction workers, at night we glued clocks to the wall and hung pictures. Surprisingly, when we did the renovation and interior design, we could not imagine that a bright, juicy-colored kitchen would be one of the main factors in deciding in favor of renting this particular apartment. Truth be told though, the effort and energy put in were bound to resonate with our guests and it did! The guests are happy and that is the main reward!

65 m2 of space, coziness, and comfort. Comfortable mattress in the bedroom, spacious bathroom with shower, the famous purple kitchen with all the necessary utensils, living room with a sofa bed, and a spacious terrace to relax. The complex is shaped like a horseshoe, and this apartment is located just inside the complex, it is always quiet and cozy.

The sandy Fañabe beach is just 250 m away, in exactly 5 minutes' walking distance. Within 500 meters from the complex, you will find everything you may need on vacation: Gran Sur mall, Mercadona hypermarket, cinema, pharmacy, banks, bus stop, several free surface parking, promenades, restaurants, bars, and many kilometers of beachfront, connecting the coast from the town of Los Cristianos to La Caleta.

This apartment will be a good fit if you:

• work remotely (we have high-speed unlimited internet access)
• travel with children (the complex has spacious elevators, it’s easy to move with a stroller + we have absolutely everything for children from cribs to a set of toys)
• travel with a group (there are enough Canary sunsets on the terrace for everybody)
• travel alone (also a great time in your life)
• travel with a pet (we love pets, and we have a bed and bowls for them)

This apartment will NOT be a good fit if you:

• are planning a party (unfortunately, they are forbidden here)
• want to smoke in bed (smoking is only allowed on the terrace)
• travel with more than 4 people (there are only 4 beds in this apartment)
• don't like order (yes, cleanliness and respect for our home is a prerequisite for your stay)
