This studio apartment is located on the 10th floor of the 16-story Paraiso del Sur apartment hotel in the cozy southern town of Playa Paraiso. A huge plus of this place is the proximity to the ocean, you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more, you will love its elegant interior and spaciousness! You will be able to enjoy a good night’s sleep on a double bed with an orthopedic mattress, prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our kitchen, which is equipped to meet the needs of our most demanding customers! We also ensure that sugar, salt, black pepper, and olive oil are always at hand! The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. There are elevators in the apartment building, and the common area has a pool with sun loungers, cozy cafes, and bars.       

In case you have to deal with urgent business matters during your trip, the high-speed Internet will allow you to finish your tasks in a short time and keep enjoying your rest!

Here you will find everything to calm your soul and recharge your batteries: the sea promenade long into the evening, cozy cafes overlooking the shining waves of the ocean, restaurants that will amaze you with their variety and taste, stores, and parking spots! A cozy little paradise that you won’t be willing to leave. And when it's time to explore the rest of Tenerife, you'll have no trouble getting away by bus, cab, or rental car in any direction!

You will remember this vacation for a long time, and take the sounds of the waves and birds singing away with you as a pleasant aftertaste of the Canary vacations!

This apartment will be a good fit if you:

• work remotely (we have high-speed unlimited internet access)
• travel with children (the complex has spacious elevators, it’s easy to move with a stroller + we have absolutely everything for children from cribs to a set of toys)
• travel with a group (there are enough Canary sunsets on the terrace for everybody)
• travel alone (also a great time in your life)
• travel with a pet (we love pets, and we have a bed and bowls for them)

This apartment will NOT be a good fit if you:

• are planning a party (unfortunately, they are forbidden here)
• want to smoke in bed (smoking is only allowed on the terrace)
• travel with more than 3 people (there are only 3 beds in this apartment)
• don't like order (yes, cleanliness and respect for our home is a prerequisite for your stay)
